3M began selling products in Israel more than 30 years ago. It was in 1996 when 3M Israel was established as a subsidiary of 3M Company. Since that time our business has grown and we continue to develop new products and invest in both operations and people in Israel.
We established a subsidiary company, 3M Israel, in 1996. Today, we employ over 40 people who understand the local market and have the knowledge and skills to help make our customer’s lives easier and more productive at home and at work.
You may be surprised at the scope of our technologies, innovative products and areas of interest. We serve customers in a diverse range of markets including:
- Industrial and Manufacturing – providing abrasives, adhesives and tapes
- Transportation, Graphics and Safety – reflective materials, brightness enhancement films for computers, Scotchprint® Graphics, Thinsulate™ Thermal Insulation, and products that enhance worker and public safety
- Health Care – works with doctors, nurses and other health care professionals to supply products for infection prevention, dental and skin health.
- Office and Consumer – Post-it® Notes, Scotch® Tapes, Scotchbrite™ and O Cel O™ Sponges
- Automotive, Marine and Aerospace
- Electro & Communications – helping customers in electrical, electronics and telecommunication businesses.
- Specialty Materials – including Scotchgard™ Fabric Protector, and a wide range of fluorochemicals including alternatives to ozone-depleting substances such as CFCs.
