3M™ Steri-Vac™ sterilization/ aeration equipment provides a cost effective option for in-house sterilization with small chamber ethylene oxide sterilization in a manufacturing setting for medical device manufacturers. Contracted large chamber sterilization doesn't fit the requirement for all manufacturers or all product lines. Particularly those with high value, small-size or low volume devices who prefer in-house control of their sterilization processes. Steri-Vac provides a system that is self-contained and only requires power, compressed air and exhaust vent line for operation. Multiple unit installations offer flexibility of process parameters and inventory management. Environmentally friendly 100% gas cartridges contain no CFCs or HFCs.
