3M CoTran Backings are translucent flexible backings, which feature low moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) and high oxygen transmission. These backings address skin health by increasing moisture near the skin to maintain skin hydration while allowing the skin to breathe.

This backing is a soft, conformable polyurethane that provides moderate moisture vapor transmission properties. The film is provided with a carrier liner for easy handling during manufacturing.
