3M offers a wide range of medical tape components with extensive clinical use. The nonwoven tapes provide excellent conformability and breathability for extended wear. The foam tapes are a soft and cushioning yet conformable alternative to the nonwoven tapes. Both allow for easy placement with good initial adhesion through 7-day application. The foam tapes and nonwoven tapes may be used as backings or protective coverings in passive or active systems.
