Your education and experience are very important at 3M

This highly specialized and technical field typically requires an educational background in science along with strong technical skills and knowledge of the safety business. Training and certification in environmental health and safety will be put to good use at 3M.

National certification in occupational health such as a Certified Industrial Hygienist or Certified Safety Professional is desirable. Qualified candidates also will need prior experience conducting research and presenting and publishing the results.
