The Native American Council promotes understanding of Native American culture within and beyond 3M, provides support to current and future Native American employees, and participates in community outreach, cultural awareness activities, and recruiting and retention efforts to help 3M thrive as a culturally diverse workplace.

During American Indian month the 3M Native American Council partners with the cafeteria to feature American Indian cuisine every Wednesday. 3M also hosted a meeting of the Minnesota American Indian Chamber of Commerce in May of this year. |
