Forsus™ Fatigue Resistant Device

Forsus™ Fatigue Resistant Device EZ2 Module

Pushing the Limitations of Class II Correctors
Your options to correct Class II malocclusions have traditionally been limited to products that are easy to install but require patient compliance or products that are fixed but are difficult to work with.

Fatigue Resistant by Design.
The unique coaxial spring design of the Forsus™ Fatigue Resistant Device addresses the issue of fatigue failure - a fracture caused by repeated application of stresses in the coil spring. To maximize fatigue life, the Forsus Fatigue Resistant Device is designed to keep these stresses to a minimum. Traditional solutions simply can't compare in terms of strength, reliability, ease of use and patient satisfaction. Put the Forsus Fatigue Resistant Device to work for you, and discover how it can force your productivity to new heights.

Now more Durable than Ever
The new Forsus™ EZ2 Module enahances the ease of installation offered by the original EZ Module with features that increase its ability to withstand higher forces in the mouth. Its increased strength, and the new engravings that indicate Left and Right, make the Forsus EZ2 Module even more practical, innovative, and easy, too.

Efficiency in Installation
The easy-to-install, "click-in-place" clip of the Forsus EZ2 Module is the latest innovation in the development of Class II Correctors. With the Forsus EZ2 Module, you have a fixed device that installs easily and resists breakage once engaged. The Forsus EZ2 Module provides a uniquely designed clip that "clicks" easily into a standard buccally-offset occlusal headgear tube by simply inserting it with any Weingart style plier. Mesial and distal stops on the clip assure a secure fit. It is an out-of-the box solution that can improve your productivity and reduce uncomfortable patient chairtime with a simple "click."
The strength and security of the Forsus EZ2 Module is complemented by its design for patient comfort. A stability plate that fits under the headgear tube prevents the Forsus EZ2 Module from "rolling" and causing patient discomfort due to soft tissue irritation. The telescoping spring fits perfectly with your current appliance system.

Efficiency in Treatment
The Forsus EZ2 Module builds on the reputation of the Forsus Fatique Resistant Device as an innovative, reliable solution for Class II cases. Treatment efficiency is enhanced by the fatigue resistance and consistent, long-lasting forces delivered by the appliance. The fatigue resistance translates to a reduction in breakage, which can indicate a reduction of unscheduled spring-replacement appointments. Consistent forces yield more predictable outcomes in less time than you might require for other Class II Correctors, without the need for patient compliance. Other available options cannot compare with the Forsus combination of strength, reliability, patient satisfaction, and an installation that is easier than ever.
