Dr. Anoop Sondhi received his dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, and his post-graduate certificate and M.S. in Orthodontics from the University of Illinois in 1977. Following his graduation, he was on the graduate faculty of the Department of Orthodontics at Indiana University. During his full-time academic appointment at Indiana University, he maintained a part-time private practice. Since 1988, he has been in full-time private practice in Indianapolis, and continues as a Visiting Professor for several graduate programs in orthodontics. He has presented seminars and continuing education courses to several dental and orthodontic organizations in the United States, and has been invited to give courses in Canada, Central America, South America, Europe, the Far East, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

Among the topics that he lectures on, Dr. Sondhi has a special interest in interceptive treatment of complex malocclusions, the orthodontic management of temporomandibular disorders, and indirect bonding. In addition, he teaches courses on office organization and practice management. His orthodontic practice places significant emphasis on interceptive treatment in the management of complex malocclusions, and he continues to do a significant amount of clinical work in the diagnosis and management of patients with disorders of the temporomandibular articulation.

LECTURE TOPICS:

Dr. Sondhi offers a variety of continuing education courses, tailored to meet the specific needs of an orthodontic or study group. He has established a national reputation as a leading clinician in the orthodontic management of patients with temporomandibular disorders, and has also developed an extremely successful orthodontic practice, with a strong and consistent referral base. He lectures on a variety of topics, including successful procedures for indirect bonding, orthodontic biomechanics, interceptive treatment during the mixed dentition, practice building and practice management, and the management of temporomandibular disorders.
