Melanie earned her Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Northern Colorado after completing her Bachelor of Science at Colorado State University. After tenure as a junior high school educator, Melanie took the leap into running her own business. She currently serves as the president of Higher Ground, Inc., a human development firm dedicated to building people that can cultivate great companies.
