Foam Rolling Classes

Have you heard of or seen a Foam Roller? If you haven’t now is the perfect time to find out what a Foam Roller can do for you. Using a Foam roller a few times every week can strengthen and stabilize abdominal and back muscles, decrease muscle soreness, improve circulation and provide an increase in body awareness. This class will introduce you to the different types of foam rollers, myo-fascia release techniques, and strength training exercises with the Foam Roller. Time: 7 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.
Location: 275 Fitness Center
