Moonlight 5K Training Program

Is your goal to run a 5K one day? Need a refresher on getting started this running season? Join us for an 8 week 5K training program. We will meet once a week and run/walk together to build up to running a 5K race. Program will include basic running progression to prepare you to walk or run and participate in the Moonlight 5K in June. To register or for more information, contact Anna Jones at ajones2@mmm.com
