Perfluoroocantyl Chemistry and 3M
3M at one time was a leading manufacturer of PFOA, PFOS
and PFOS-related products. Even though the company has phased out of the
production of PFOA, PFOS and PFOS-related products, 3M remains committed to
furthering scientific research, to sharing that research and to continuing to
offer the company's expertise to government agencies around the world. 3M has
created a web site to answer your questions and provide links and references to
information resources independent of 3M. It can be accessed at
www.3M.com/PFOS-PFOA. |
