3M’s facilities management software helps healthcare and government facility administrators, contractors and maintenance personnel stay current with Life Safety requirements, coordinate firestop activities, manage fire barrier projects and pass Joint Commission (JC), DNV, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), State & Local inspections. Based on customer feedback, we are pleased to announce that a number of enhancements to this firestop software have been implemented.

Engineered primarily for top-side firestop installations, these flexible and intumescent wrap strips install in 3 simple steps to help save time during installation. Ideal for PVC, ccPVC and FRPP piping systems.

• Ready-to-install wrap strips—precut to length for 2", 3" or 4" nominal plastic pipe penetrations

Kits contain what you need to manage your high traffic cable penetrations and help you pass your building inspection the first time. Split sleeve design allows for easy installation in new or retrofit firestop applications.

• Suitable for installation in gypsum wallboard and concrete walls or floors
• Available in three sizes (1", 2", 4") to cover a variety of installation needs

The only fire rated duct wrap product you’ll need to protect grease and air ducts in an easy to install format. Certified shaft alternative 1 and 2 hour fire rated duct wrap. Certified to ASTM E2336 (including ASTM E119 engulfment) and ISO 6944 test standards among others.

Lightweight (6lbs per cu ft) and thin (1.5” *) for easier application

Ideal for sealing building joints, penetration seals and perimeter joints between fire-rated floors (concrete, fireproofed fluted steel decks) and fire-rated walls (gypsum, concrete). Applied as 1/8 inch (3mm) thick coating with an airless sprayer, this water-based coating dries in ambient conditions to form a flexible seal with compression/extension of up to +/- 50% of nominal joint width.

• Dries quickly to dark gray or red with consistent spray patterns
• Less waste — color makes coverage easy to see which helps prevent re-spraying or over-spraying
• STC rating 56 when installed in a 56 STC rated wall assembly
