Dynamar PPAs (Polymer Processing Additives) used at very low levels (200-1000 ppm) are designed to improve the extrusion processing of polyolefins and other polymers, based on Dyneon's time-tested formulations and technologies.

Dynamar™ FX 5911  Ideal for use in HDPE, PP and for die build-up reduction in a number of thermoplastic resins. Has excellent thermal stability for high temperature processing.  Cast Film, HDPE Blow molding & Pipe, HMW-HDPE film, plus extrusion processes using nonolefin resins such as PP , PS, PC, PVC.Performance Benefits:* Reduces die build up* Eliminates melt fracture and improves surface appearance* Reduces extrusion pressure* Reduces color change over time 
Dynamar™ FX 5912  Ideal PPA for use in wire and cable applications for die build-up reduction. Dynamar™ FX 5914  FX 5914 is designed for use at very low levels to improve processing of thermoplastics like nylon, polyester, PVC, polystyrene and acrylic.  Non-olefin applications such as nylon, acrylic and polyester.Performance Benefits:* Reduces die build up* Improves surface appearance* Improves productivity* Reduces color change over time 
Dynamar™ FX 5920A  PPA for use in eliminating melt fracture and improving processing of LLDPE and mLLDPE resins. Ideal for use in polyolefin resins containing antiblocking agents, pigments and other inorganic additives.  LLDPE and mLLDPE blown film when inorganics such as antiblocks and pigments are present in the formulation.Performance Benefits:* Eliminates melt fracture* Reduces extrusion pressure 
Dynamar™ FX 5920B  Like FX 5920A but contains 10% food grade Barium Sulfate as a tracing additive. By quantifying the Barium level via x-ray fluoroescence techniques, one can calculate the amount of process aid incorporated into the plastic.  LLDPE and mLLDPE blown film when inorganics such as antiblocks and pigments are present in the formulationPerformance Benefits:* Eliminates melt fracture* Reduces extrusion pressure* PPA level traceable by XRF 
Dynamar™ FX 9613  FX 9613 is ideally suited for eliminating melt fracture and improving processing of LLDPE and mLLDPE resins. Ideal for use in polyolefin resins containing HALS and when processing at higher temperatures.  LLDPE and mLLDPE blown film. Also suitable when HALS is present and processing at higher temperatures.Performance Benefits:* Eliminates melt fracture* Reduces extrusion pressure 
Dynamar™ FX 9614  Dynamar FX 9614 is a high performance PPA designed for use at very low levels to improve the processing of high molecular weight polyolefin resins including LLDPE and mLLDPE. Ideal for use in polyolefin resins containing HALS and when processing at higher temperatures.  High molecular weight polyolefin resins. Also suitable when HALS is present and processing at higher temperatures.Performance Benefits:* Reduced PPA usage levels* Eliminates melt fracture* Reduces extrusion pressure 
Dynamar™ PPA FX 5922  FX 5922 is designed for use at very low levels to improve processing of polyolefins. Currently not available for sale in the United States. Check back periodically for updates.  Lower MI LLDPE and mLLDPE blown film when inorganics such as antiblocks and pigments are present in the formulation.Performance Benefits:* Reduced PPA usage levels* Eliminates melt fracture* Reduces extrusion pressure
