06.01.03 - Dyneon Names New Business Leader
ST. PAUL, Minn. (June 1, 2003) - 3M announces the appointment of Antonius (Tony) J. Theunissen to the position of president of Dyneon LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of 3M.
Theunissen comes to Dyneon from his most recent assignment as managing director of 3M Brazil, a position he held since July 2000. He has nearly 30 years of experience at 3M, which includes assignments in technology development, manufacturing, and international business management. He served five years at 3M Germany as Business Director, Personal Care and Related Products and returned to the United States in 1995 as Manufacturing Director of the Abrasives Manufacturing Organization, Nonwovens and Sponge. Theunissen later served as the General Manager and then as the Division Vice President of 3M’s Adhesives Division.

Theunissen succeeds James Gregory who retired after 33 years with 3M/Dyneon.
