04.04.06 - Dyneon Names Senior Research Specialist
OAKDALE, MN (April 4, 2006) – Dyneon, one of the world’s leading fluoropolymer producers, recently named Claude Lavallée as Senior Research Specialist for Dyneon Specialty Additives. In this role he is responsible for specialty additive new product development as well as for the enhancement of existing products.
Lavallée comes to Dyneon’s headquarters in Minnesota after 13 years with 3M Canada, and is well-known in the industry as a talented researcher, conference speaker and published author.
Claude Lavallée holds a B. Sc. Degree in Chemistry from Laval University in Quebec, Canada, and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry (polymers) from the same institution. His experience also includes work with the National Research Council of Canada in Ottawa, ON, and Boucherville, QC.
