03.30.06 - Dyneon Names Specialty Additives National Sales Manager
OAKDALE, MN (March 30, 2006) – Dyneon, one of the world’s leading fluoropolymer producers, recently named Janice Bennett as National Sales Manager, Specialty Additives. In her new role Bennett will be responsible for directing North American Specialty Additives’ sales activity in polyethylene processing and field sales development of new applications in adjacent markets including blow molding and pipe extrusion.
Bennett joined 3M in 1996 and was most recently National Sales Manager for 3M Specialty Materials Division in Canada after serving as Senior Account Representative in Canada. Her experience also includes technical management positions with Nova Chemicals and Huntsman Corporation. This polymer industry experience will be a valuable asset for her sales leadership position.
Bennett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and a Masters degree in organic chemistry at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. In her new position she will report to Robert Moore, Dyneon Business Manager, Specialty Additives and Fluoroelastomers. Bennett will be relocating from Canada to Dyneon headquarters in Oakdale, Minnesota, to take up her new responsibilities. “I look forward to the opportunity to support the company’s growth programs in specialty additives, and to pursue increased customer productivity in polyethyleneprocessing and the full range of plastic extrusion applications,” Bennett said.
