So glad my husband agreed! Our house is basically glass on the entire rear of the house. All it would take is a brick and boom.. (the thieves are in). We decided to put 3M ultra 600 on both the terrace level and the second level of the house. Gives us time to lock and load! Thanks 3M! OBTW..The guy who did our installation (Darryl Owner of Suntec in Flowery Branch) was great! He showed up when he said that he would, did an outstanding job and made sure everything was in order before he left. Ultra S150 (SCLARL150) Review We purchased this product after two homes on our street were burglarized within a week of each other (both were break-ins through windows). We now have peace of mind knowing that this window security film is going to deter any would-be thieves who attempt to break a window. My only complaint about the product is the cost - I found it extremely expensive. But we sleep better at night and we don't worry when we're away from home because it has greatly improved the security of the most vulnerable entry points of our home. I highly recommend the product. After two weeks... As we purchased the safety film to mitigate the risk of windstorm damage at our house in Hawaii, the good news is we have no distortion at all when looking through the windows. Additionally the tint does reduce the amount of sunlight, but there have been times when I have been expecting rain, only to be surprised by clear skies when I step out of the house. July 30, 2012
