Vikuiti™ Diffuse Reflective Polarizer Film (DRPF) is ideal to increase the brightness of liquid crystal displays in environmentally demanding display applications such as in LCD monitors.

Vikuiti™ Dual Brightness Enhancement Films (DBEF) are reflective polarizers which use 3M’s multi-layer optical film technology. Vikuiti DBEF films increase the amount of light available for illuminating LCD displays by recycling light that would normally be absorbed by the rear polarizer of the liquid crystal panel. The backlight efficiency is increased while maintaining viewing angle.

Vikuiti™ DBEF II is the thinnest multi-layer reflective polarizer with two diffuse surfaces that provides brightness enhancement for wide viewing angle applications. Vikuiti DBEF II film delivers display uniformity, masks minor cosmetic imperfections in the panel, and reduces wet-out against smooth surfaces.
