3M’s Becoming More Flexible

3M has launched a new line of flexible prismatic reflective sheeting for use in a variety of applications including work zone devices, commercial and non-critical traffic signs, and fleet and rail car conspicuity. 3M's flexible prismatic reflective sheeting is more conformable than previous generations of microreplicated prismatic sheeting, providing application advantages for customers who need a flexible product for use around curves and corners, and over joints and rivets. Flexible prismatic reflective sheeting is made using a solventless manufacturing process that significantly reduces VOC emissions and energy use compared to glass bead-type reflective sheeting.
