3M Austin Plant and Area Hotels

The 3M Austin Plant is located at the corner of Research Blvd (aka, Interstate Highway 183) & Duval Road.

• Leave Austin Bergstrom International Airport going West on Presidential Blvd. – 0.6 miles
• At the Stop light turn left onto Bastrop Hwy/TX-71 E.
• Merge onto the highway – 1.2 miles
• Merge right onto US-183 N. – 16.3 miles
• Take the Duval Road exit and merge to the right lane. – 0.2 to 0.3 miles
• At the Stop light turn right.
• Turn left at the first street.
• The 3M Austin Plant is on the left side.
• Turn into the parking lot at the second left turn.
• Park and proceed to the Building 2 entrance. Security is located near the entrance and they will admit you. Sign-in and obtain your security badge.
• I will be contacted when you arrive and will then escort you to Building 1.
