Classroom Training

3M offers comprehensive training programs designed to benefit supervisors, managers and system engineers, as well as construction and maintenance personnel.

Workshops at 3M

Workshops are conducted by 3M Technical Service instructors with years of field application experience. These workshops are performed at our Austin, Texas locations as well as on-site at the customer's location. Class sizes are limited to ensure a low student-to-instructor ratio, maximizing student participation and understanding.

Theory of operation is intermixed with hands-on training to reinforce classroom presentations and discussions. Upon completion of training, each participant receives a 3M Certificate of Completion. We also offer courses where BICSI CEC credits may be issued. Credits are issued at a rate of one CEC per hour of instruction. The credits we offer range from one CEC up to 21 CECs.

Training courses may also be tailored and customized to meet the specific individual needs and requirements of the trainee.

A registration fee may be assessed covering the cost of course materials, laboratory consumables, and cost of travel for one of our Technical Service Professionals (if on customer-site support is required). For training at Austin Center, the trainee is responsible for his or her own travel expenses.
