In order to advance 3M's reputation and employee pride, 3M contributes cash and in-kind donations to non-profit organizations and educational institutions throughout central and southwest Missouri. 3M's Missouri locations (Columbia, Nevada, and Springfield) have the opportunity to focus on meeting needs that are unique to the mid and southwest-Missouri area.
