Missouri Community Relations Council

In order to advance 3M's reputation and employee pride, 3M contributes cash and in-kind donations to non-profit organizations and educational institutions throughout central and southwest Missouri.  3M's Missouri locations (Columbia, Nevada, and Springfield) have the opportunity to focus on meeting needs that are unique to the mid and southwest-Missouri area.

Mission

The 3M plants of the Missouri Relations Council will work together to invest in innovative educational, social, and community efforts that enhance employee pride and impact the quality of life in our communities.

Highlights

3M Springfield has donated over $200,000 to enhance educational, health & human services, arts & culture, environmental and volunteerism in Springfield and surrounding counties.
