Ink-Jet Printing for Paper Biodata Pages
In the centralized production of passports, personal information can be printed directly onto the paper bio-data page prior to the application of a security laminate.
Laser Engraving on Polycarbonate Biodata Page
We offer the ability to produce quality laser-engraved images on our industry-leading laminates.
Laser Engraved Floating Image
Unique security feature that makes a document holder's personalized data appear to "float" within the credential, making it easy to authenticate.
Reverse Printing on Security Laminate
Using a laser toner, an image can be "mirror printed," or printed in reverse, on the adhesive side of the laminate, which is then applied to substrate.
Visa pages can be laser perforated with the passport number in alpha or numeric digits. Laser perforation produces no ridges and creates a conical effect in which the holes that make up each of the nine digits decrease in diameter, with the largest holes on page one and the smallest holes in the back of the book. This may also include the back cover.
Chip Encoding and Implanting
Chip encoding provides additional security validation, allowing the inspector to verify the biographic information and facial image of the credential holder against the data stored within the chip.
