3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 17T
3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 17T is a backside barrier film for crystalline silicon photovoltaic solar
modules. The outer surface is treated to facilitate the use of a broad range of adhesives, tapes and
labels. Similar to other commercially available backsheets, it features a fluoropolymer layer as a key
component. Fluoropolymers are well known to have excellent resistance to degradation from sources such
as UV, heat and moisture.

3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 17 is a backside barrier film for crystalline silicon photovoltaic solar modules. Similar to other commercially available backsheets, it features a fluoropolymer layer as a key component. Fluoropolymers are well known to have excellent resistance to degradation from sources such as UV, heat and moisture.
3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 15T
3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 15T is a new addition to the line of advanced backside barrier films for crystalline silicon photovoltaic solar modules. Offering performance characteristics comparable to 3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 17T, 3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 15T has a thinner construction with a slightly lower partial discharge rating.

3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 15T Black is a new addition to the line of advanced backside barrier films for crystalline silicon photovoltaic solar modules. Featuring components with field proven performance, 3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 15T Black offers a black/white color option in response to the increasing demand for BIPV (Building Integrated PV) and residential applications.

3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 17HTT is designed for applications requiring high temperature lamination performance. It features the same durable components with field proven performance and is engineered to provide robust processing window for high productivity.
3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 15HTT
3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 15HTT is a thinner version of 3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 17HTT with a slightly lower partial discharge rating. Offering performance characteristics comparable to 3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 17HTT, 3M™ Scotchshield™ Film 15HTT is designed for applications requiring high temperature lamination performance to provide robust processing window for high productivity.
