CVC PICC


CVC PICC Clinical Condition:
CVC- Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC): A long, soft, flexible central venous catheter inserted into the basilic, cephalic, or brachial veins and advanced until the tip is positioned in the superior vena cava. These catheters have a lower rate of infection than non-tunneled CVCs.
