3M Sales Tax Information


If 3M Company purchases any property tax free and such property is used or consumed as to make it subject to tax, 3M will pay the tax directly to the proper taxing authority when the law so provides. 3M's Blanket Exemption Certificate shall be part of each future order, unless otherwise specified, and shall be valid until canceled by us in writing or revoked  by the city or state. In order to determine the tax status of each purchase, please refer to the purchase order or, if a procurement card purchase, please request the tax information from the cardholder.
