Effective immediately, the 529-05-20 Remote Alarm, Audible product will include a strobe light in addition to the audible alarm that is already a part of the product. The product name will change to 529-05-20 Remote Alarm and Strobe, but the product number, UPC, and 3M ID will remain the same. With the modified 529-05-20 Remote Audible Alarm and Strobe available, 3M is announcing the discontinuation of the 529-05-21 Remote Alarm Strobe Light and the 529-05-23 Y-Plug Adapter. These products will be discontinued on December 1, 2011.

Like the Rope Grab 117 it will replace, the Rope Grab 129 is stainless steel, fits 5/8? rope, is selftrailing and is compliant to ANSI Z359.1 2007 standards and OSHA 1910.66 and 1926.502 regulations. 3M is announcing the immediate discontinuation and obsolescence of the following 3M™ Air Crown Headgear products because the resin used to manufacture them is no longer available.

- 3M™ Base Assembly 030-01-09R01
- 3M™ Brow Guard Assembly 030-05-01R01
All other replacement parts and accessories for the Air Crown Headgear will be available until December 2006. There is no direct replacement available for the discontinued parts. Depending upon the application, the most suitable products are as follows:
