Scotchkote Coating 162 HB provides excellent corrosion resistant for both internal and external surfaces. This 100% solids lining can be used to coat pipes, tanks, vessels and other equipment in contact with sea water, raw water and wastewater. Scotchkote Coating 162HB may be used on concrete and cementious surfaces when used with Scotchkote Epoxy Sealer SP 810.
3M™ Scotchkote™ Epoxy Coating 162 HB has been specifically developed as a solvent-free lining for the internals of pipes, tanks, vessels and other equipment in contact with fresh water, sea water, oil and effluent. The product can also be used on externals of pipes where an abrasion-resistant system is required.
