It is designed for use where a thin compressible insulation is important. It is breathable, moisture resistant, and can be washed or dry-cleaned depending on individual manufacturers' recommendations. It is available in types I, IS, and IDS. Thinsulate Ultra insulation type I contains 42% recycled polyester fibers, with a minimum of 25% post consumer waste.Uses:General Outerwear, Sportswear, Gloves and Accessories.Warmth While Damp:Retains insulating ability in damp conditions. Fibers absorb less than 1% by weight of water.
