Thermal Transfer Ribbons 3M™ Digital License Plate (DLP) Thermal Transfer Ribbons Series TTR2300 are used in conjunction with 3M™ DLP Reflective License Plate Sheeting Series 9250 and 3M™ Clear Protective Film Series 9097 to produce fully reflective vehicle registration plates for multi-year use.
