Winners announced for autographed No. 16 3M NASCAR diecasts from RCCA

As a 3M employee, the Racing Collectables Club of America (RCCA)! is offering the lifetime membership for FREE with the purchase of your first Elite diecast! As an added incentive for 3Mers, RCCA is sponsoring a limited number of Elite Diecast No. 16 3M Ford Fusions which have been autographed by Greg Biffle to be awarded to the first employee to join the special 3M program and for a number of other 3M members of RCCA whose names are selected at random during the 2009 season.
