Rapid ELISA kit, for the detection of E.coli 0157 in food samples.

Can be used to comply with the USDA FSIS E.coli O157:H7 test directive. Provides test results in 20 - 26 hours. Safer than cultural methods due to testing of heat-killed samples. A full 18-24 hour enrichment step helps to ensure that very low levels of sub-lethally injured cells are recovered and detected successfully.
