Warranty and Limited Remedy. This product will be free from defects in material and manufacture for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase noted on the warranty registration card and confirmed with company record. A (1) one year extended warranty is available for an additional cost. You must use the 3M™ Digital Wall Display Warranty Installation Card to register your unit. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state, or country to country. To obtain warranty service, please call 800-328-1371 in the USA. Outside the USA please contact your local 3M Dealer.

Exclusion to Warranty: Lamps in the 3M Digital Wall Display are considered a consumable item and are warranted for 90 days or 180 hours of use, whichever occurs first.

3M MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If this product is defective within the warranty period stated above, your exclusive remedy shall be, at 3M’s option, to replace or repair the 3M product or refund the purchase price of the 3M product. The warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, damage caused by electrical power surge, or operation in ways not recommended or authorized by the 3M Operator’s Guide.

Limitation of Liability. Except where prohibited by law, 3M will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this 3M product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential regardless of the legal theory asserted. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
