Productivity for "pizza" boxes and other variety of box shapes
Regular Slotted Containers (RSCs) can be closed and sealed
using 3M-Matic Case Sealers. However, productivity can
be a challenge when sealing other styles of cartons such as
telescoping, full overlap (FOL) or one-piece die cut box (a.k.a. "pizza box").
The S867 is designed to apply up to 50 clips per minute of Scotch® Filament or Reinforced Strapping Tape (ideal for securing these carton styles).
Starting with the same technology and features as the S867, the S867 II dual head configuration
quickly and efficiently applies two clips simultaneously. Packages are easily repositioned across the stainless steel roller-ball work surface. Other customized options are available.
