We recommend following our stethoscope Cleaning and Care guidelines to keep your Littmann® Stethoscope in optimum condition. Stethoscope Repair Service Center If your stethoscope is within warranty and needs repair, simply complete the stethoscope repair information sheet (PDF, 88KB) and mail it along with your stethoscope using this shipping label (PDF, 63KB) to the address below. Stethoscopes under warranty* will be repaired free of charge.

Please send your stethoscope via traceable means. The safe delivery of your stethoscope is your responsibility until it is received at our facility.
Timing If the information sheet is fully completed, our goal is to repair or refurbish your stethoscope within two business days (not including shipping time or time needed to clarify/estimate a request).
Repair and Refurbishment Repair and Refurbishment services are provided for stethoscopes outside of warranty. Stethoscopes repaired and refurbished through our Service Center come with a two-year extended warranty (90 days for the Select and Lightweight models).

Replacement of the entire binaural assembly with your choice of tubing colors (see pricing table below).
Thorough professional cleaning of the entire chestpiece by experienced technicians and replacement of chestpiece rim(s) and diaphragm(s) (a non-chill sleeve for double sided chestpiece also is included).

*Warranty Period
Your Littmann stethoscope comes with the finest service and warranty policy in the industry. If a material or manufacturing defect occur during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge, except in the cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage. Processing/shipping charges apply.
