3M Little Rock celebrated its 60th Anniversary in 2007. The celebration included plant tours, a catered meal, employee sale, and giveaways. Special guests included division vice-president, division manufacturing director, and Senator Tracy Steele.
3M Little Rock received the Heart of Arkansas United Way Crest Award for 2007.
MSHA and the National Mining Association honored the quarry at 3M Little Rock with the Sentinels of Safety Award for 2007. The award honors mining companies who accumulate 30,000 or more employee work hours without incurring a lost-time injury or fatality during the year.
