FAQs
Where are the films applied in a display?
The BEF, DBEF, and ALCF products are inserted as a film stack in the backlight of an LCD, located above the diffuser and just below the rear polarizer. ESR film is located below the light guide to reflect light upward into the film stack. Anti-reflection films are applied directly to the front surface of the display module with a removable adhesive backing.
