3M™ Comply™ Chemical Indicator Labels

Peel-off pressure-sensitive chemical indicator labels for steam or dry heat sterilization processes that verify sterilization exposure. Especially suited for use on individual hard-surface items such as glass or metal.

3M™ Comply™ 00160 Chemical Indicator for steam is a Class 1 process indicator printed with a steam chemical indicator that turns from purple to green in all steam sterilization cycles including 250°F/121°C and 270°F/132°C.

3M™ Comply™ 00170 Chemical Indicator for dry heat is a Class 4 multi-variable indicator printed with a chemical indicator that turns from tan to black. Use to monitor 260°C/320°F and above dry heat sterilization cycles.

Chemical indicators on the labels can be used for exposure control monitoring which assures the operator handling the processed items that the pack has been exposed to the sterilization process without the need to open the pack or check load control records.
