3M™ Earloop Procedure Face Mask

These flat, earloop face masks are for general patient care applications. They are available with and without an attached face shield.

The 1820 earloop procedure mask with standard pleats is easy to put on and quick to take off. The 1820 is also available with a face shield (Catalog No. 1820FS) and has unique bi-directional pleats for increased breathing comfort.

Non-fiberglass

{1} - Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) determined by the modified Greene and Vesley test method.
{2} - Particle Challenge Study - measures filter efficiency only against mass median aerodynamic diameter particle. Surgical mask tests were conducted by an independent laboratory following a 3M internal protocol and using a 0.2 micron latex sphere at a flow rate of 28.3 liters per minute. PFE test results are provided for comparing performance of surgical masks under similar laboratory conditions. This does not reflect expected levels of filtration efficiency in actual use conditions nor replace the need to use NIOSH certified respirators if exposed to hazardous airborne contaminants.
