3M offers a complete line of casting accessories, including cast shoes, synthetic cast padding, synthetic stockinet, reinforcing strips, and splint scissors. Included in this category is 3M’s latest innovative product, 3M Scotchcast™ Wet or Dry Cast Padding. The Scotchcast Wet or Dry Cast Padding is a hypoallergenic, synthetic cast padding that allows patients to get their cast wet, when following the instructions for use. 3M also offers both synthetic cast padding and stockinet in a variety of sizes for use in all standard casting applications.
