We invite you to register now for one of our respiratory protection courses. You will be notified of location and daily schedules in a registration package that will be sent to you prior to the start of the course.
Discounts are available for two or more attendees from the same company/organization/government agency.
Payment Method
Payment can be made with a credit card, personal or company check, or with a company purchase order. Arrangements for payment must be made prior to the course.
Travel/Accomodations
Hotel information will be sent with each confirmation of registration. A continental breakfast and coffee breaks are provided each day. Registrants are responsible for their own hotel/travel reservations and payment.
Cancellation/Refund Policies
Cancellation with full refund is permitted up to two weeks prior to the first day of a course. Later cancellations will be subject to a 50% cancellation penalty. Participant substitution may be done up to the first day of the course without penalty. Registrants may also transfer without penalty to the same course on another date. 3M and NIHS, Inc. reserve the right to cancel a course two weeks prior to the scheduled start date. If a course is canceled, registrants may choose a full refund or transfer to the same course on another date. Regardless of the reason for course cancellation, cancellation of lodging and transportation reservations, as well as any associated expenses, is the registrant's responsibility.
