The 3M ICD-10 CTT is a conversion and translation application based on the complete contents of the public domain General Equivalence Mappings (GEMs). The tool can be used to translate lists of codes, look up codes, or create mappings built to meet the specific needs of your organization.

The FIT uses your DRG-based claims and generates a report to show expected reimbursement if the same DRGs were derived from ICD-10 codes. The tool then shows you the ICD-10 codes that cause lost revenue, and which codes you should use to regain your original reimbursement. The FIT supports analysis of MS-DRG and APR-DRG reimbursement methods.
