3M™ Health Record Management Software
Collect and report on clinical data from one application
A module of the 3M™ Health Data Management (HDM) System, the 3M Health Record Management (HRM) Software combines coding, abstracting and automated reporting capabilities. The Microsoft® Windows®-based software evolves with changing needs for data collection, processing, and robust reporting.
3M HRM is a comprehensive database for collecting and reporting on all coding, special studies, and reimbursement data. It creates the framework for lowering costs, improving resource use, and increasing the quality of care from admission to discharge. And, it can be used in both acute and ambulatory patient care settings.
Features and benefits
3M HRM allows you to choose what data you collect and how you report it. It lets you automatically generate hospital or enterprise-wide reports so you have a comprehensive picture of your clinical data.
Interface data for speed and accuracy
The software receives and sends information through electronic interfaces, reducing manual data entry and potential data quality problems. As a module of the 3M HDM System, it also integrates easily with the 3M™ Ambulatory Revenue Management Software (ARMS) and the 3M™ Audit Expert System as well as the 3M™ Coding and Reimbursement System and 3M™ Clinical Documentation Improvement System.
