3M™ ChartScan™ Software
Make the shift to electronic records
As facilities race to adopt an electronic medical record (EMR), 3M solutions for documentation can help you adopt appropriate technology at your own pace. 3M ChartScan Software can help you bridge the gap between the demand for increased EMR availability and the management of electronic patient records.
The software captures key documents at the point of service as well as the back-end batch scanning of paper-based patient documentation. The intuitive, easy-to-use technology automatically indexes each document with the patient‚ visit‚ document type‚ page number and orientation. It can print personalized individual forms, patient identification wristbands, and other labels.
3M ChartScan Software can help you:
- Reduce the cost of printing, designing and storing paper forms
- Avoid misfiled patient documents and charts
- Increase the availability of patient records
- Comply with regulatory requirements and mandates
