3M ChartReserve Software is a chart reservation program that provides tools to readily identify and fulfill reservations for chart requests. It allows HIM departments in hospitals and clinics to:

• Manually or automatically add or edit reservations
• Integrate with third-party vendor appointment scheduling systems
• Use tools that rapidly retrieve needed records and generate pull lists and routing slips for reservations as needed
• Report and manage reservations for specified locations and reservations considered overdue
