Maintain the highest ethical standards and comply with 3M's business conduct policies found here.

Comply with 3M's Identity Standards and Guidelines (pdf, 76kb) in representing myself as a 3M Preferred Graphics Installer.

Maintain a good reputation as a professional installer providing excellent and timely service.

Maintain $1,000,000 of liability insurance and provide annual proof of insurance to 3M.

Utilize the 3M recommended procedures for installing graphics found in 3M's Product and Instruction Bulletins for every job using 3M Products.

Comply with all re-accreditation procedures established by 3M.

Permit 3M to use my personal information provided above to advertise and promote my services as a 3M Preferred Graphics Installer through various communication media.

Cooperate with 3M if 3M needs to investigate installation service on any particular job.

3M reserves the right to revoke your accreditation as a 3M Preferred Graphics Installer if you do not comply with these requirements. Any claim or dispute arising from, or relating to your certification as a 3M Preferred Graphics Installer will be: (a) governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions; and (b) resolved by the Parties meeting at a mutually agreed time(s) and location(s) to resolve in good faith any claim or dispute, after a Party's written negotiation request. 3M's determination on any such dispute shall be final. All negotiations between the Parties will be treated as compromise and settlement negotiations for all purposes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party may, at any time, seek equitable relief from the designated court(s) to prevent immediate or irreparable harm to it.

3M's determination of who becomes and remains a 3M Preferred Graphics Installer, and 3M's right to extend, revoke or otherwise alter any accreditation it issues, are all within 3M's sole discretion.
