3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP105 provides 100% elongation when cured, making very effective for bonding dissimilar surfaces, where coefficients of thermal expansion is a consideration. Our remarkable formula maintains its clear, colorless quality, even when cured in larger quantity, where competing brands often turn amber from the exothermic reaction. The mix ratio is 1:1 for quick, precise dispensing and its 5 minute work life allows for repositioning and helps keep your projects on track. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 20 minutes and is fully cured in 48 hours (at 72 degrees F/22 degrees C). For best results, always use 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Plus II Applicator and Mixing Nozzles, sold separately. Both mixing nozzle and applicator are required for dispensing from the Duo-Pak cartridge.
