An exposure monitor that is a peel off, pressure sensitive label for hard surfaced items such as unwrapped glass or metal

3M™ Comply™ 00160 Chemical Indicator for steam is a process indicator printed with a steam chemical indicator that turns from purple to green in all steam sterilization cycles including 250°F/121°C and 270°F/132°C.

Chemical indicators on the labels can be used for exposure control monitoring which assures the operator handling the processed items that the pack has been exposed to the sterilization process without the need to open the pack or check load control records.
