3M™ Stain Resistant Additives and Sealers

SRC-220
This aqueous based fluorinated polyurethane dispersion (PUD) provides long-lasting oil and water based stain repellency and stain release characteristics for porous surfaces such as stone, concrete, grout and unglazed tile, both indoors and outdoors. The substrate's natural characteristics (color, breathability) are generally unaffected by the application of this product. SRC-220 is easy to incorporate into existing water and solvent-based products. SRC-220 Stain Resistant Additive can be added to existing formulations or diluted with water or water miscible solvents and used as a stand-alone sealer.

PM-5000
This aqueous based fluorinated acrylic polymer emulsion provides excellent water and oil stain repellency and stain release properties for porous surfaces such as stone, concrete and unglazed tile. The substrate's natural characteristics (color, breathability) are generally unaffected by the application of this product. PM-5000 additive is designed primarily for indoor use. However, it can be used for outdoor applications when formulated into products containing a UV stabilizer.

PM-1680
This water based fluoro-acrylate modified urethane emulsion provides long-lasting oil and water repellency and stain release properties to porous surfaces such as stone, concrete, grout and unglazed tile. The substrate's natural characteristics (color, breathability) are generally unaffected by the application of this product. PM-1680 additive is designed primarily for indoor use. However, it can be used for outdoor applications when formulated into products containing a UV stabilizer.

PM-4800
A solvent based fluorinated acrylic polymer in ethyl acetate. The product is designed to be a protective sealer against oil and water based stains for porous stone of high density and/or low porosity, such as marble or granite. PM-4800 Stain Resistant Additive can be added to existing formulations or diluted with solvent prior to use. The choice of solvent influences the solubility and the oil and water repellency of PM-4800 additive. PM-4800 additive is designed primarily for indoor use. However, it can be used for outdoor applications when formulated into products containing a UV stabilizer.
