• Advanced Replacement Option (Model XT-1 only): 3M quickly sends you refurbished replacement equipment within one day of an approved request for a repair.
• Repair & Return Option: 3M repairs and returns equipment within approximately 7 business days from receipt of equipment.
• Manager’s Service Kit sent every 6 months: keep your headsets maintained and comfortable with a helpful kit that includes 10 headset ear pads, 10 head pads, 10 windscreens and 5 ear cups.
• Four batteries sent every 12 months: ensure worry-free performance with regular replacement batteries for your headsets.
• Audio Improvement Services: keep your audio crystal clear. With this feature a 3M authorized dealer will enhance your speaker and microphone and provide an acoustic improvement kit in year one and again in year three.
